Condition of this fine sailboat appears to be very good. With a new set of sails (never used), newer electronics, new stainless steel prop shaft, water heater and stuffing box create a great foundation for this boat.
-Interior of boat looks great as far as the upholstery and bedding.
Boat hull is apparently in great shape that has been well taken care of but there are a couple of issues that are easily addressed:
-First is the cabin table needs to be repaired and reinforced.
-Secondly the teak trim needs a sanding and new teak oil applied.
-Air conditioning unit has a new compressor and needs to be reinstalled.
All in all, a very nice boat that needs very little!
